WE ARE ALL HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS

We go into an important weekend on the back of a fantastic result for us in midweek. To qualify for another Champions League semi-final is great for the club.

It proved a tough game for us against Benfica, which we knew it was going to be. They had to come at us to try and get back into the tie, especially after we had scored. However, you wouldn't want anyone else in the world other than Lamps taking that penalty under pressure, because he thrives on it.

In the end, we had to work hard for the result, but we showed great spirit and Raul came on to strike a brilliant winner at the end to make sure. This is a really busy time for us as, today, we switch our focus back to the Premier League, where we must win our next two games and hope the teams above us drop points. We have a big two or three weeks ahead of us and we all have to be on it throughout.

We have a big squad here, with strength in depth in every position, and, believe me, we have got a group of players in the changing room who are hungry for success.

Today, we are looking no further than the game in front of us, though. Wigan always look to play good football and they are in good form at the moment. However, we have home advantage on our side and we will need to get everything right today to make sure we come away with a win. After that, there is just one day between this game and the next, at Fulham. But wins in these games can breed confidence, help us to get on a roll and build momentum.

Have a great Easter weekend and we will see you at Wembley for the FA Cup semi-final next Sunday.

Come on the Chels!
