SOCCER ace John Terry's in-laws have moved out of his £5m mansion and into a £125 a-week caravan on a trailer park.

Mum-in-law Sue Poole and hubby Alan left the lap of luxury for a site in Essex.

Until this year the couple lived in a £1.85m house bought for them by the England captain next to his own spread in Surrey.

But they moved in with Terry - who is worth £23m according to the latest Rich List - and their daughter Toni, 29, when he decided to demolish their place and build a £10m superhome.

The in-laws have been there as Terry, 30, battles to rebuild his marriage after a string of scandals.

The Terrys and the Pooles have always been close and have even holidayed together, but this week as the in-laws settled into caravan life, JT and his wife were on a luxury break in sunny Abu Dhabi with their four-year-old twins.

A pal revealed: "Alan and Sue just felt it was time to move and they know it's a big step swapping a palace like that for a caravan, even though it may not be permanent."

The site does have its advantages. It's in easy commuting distance to Basildon, where the Pooles' run a meat packing business.

But it's a world away from their old place in Oxshott, with celebrity neighbours that have included Cheryl Cole and Didier Drogba.

Blonde Sue, 52, was seen this week walking in the vicinity of her new home carrying plastic bags of groceries.

Alan was also spotted out walking their pet dachshund.

Yesterday, when asked why they had moved, Alan declined to comment but added: "Thanks anyway."

Last night a source said that relations between John and Toni and Sue and Alan were cordial and that the inlaws hoped to fly out to join their family on the last leg of their luxury holiday.
