The squad has landed in Madrid with Ashley Cole and Hilario returning to the travelling party.

Cole missed the trip to Bolton with a knee problem, Hilario with the after effects of the knock to the head suffered in the Carling Cup last week.

Remaining unavailable for Tuesday's game are Jose Bosingwa (knee), John Mikel Obi (ankle) and Yury Zhirkov (knee).

This evening Carlo Ancelotti will be speaking to the media ahead of the game. The official Chelsea website will carry the manager's thoughts.
